Rogers Sharespace – Workplace Transformation Project

Urbacon renovated three floors of existing space for Rogers’ Head Office in downtown Toronto. The Rogers Sharespace project transformed the existing office space into an open concept, modern hoteling workspace for Rogers employees. The renovation included workspaces, elevator lobbies, boardrooms, washrooms, library, and cafés – all fitted out with state-of-the-art AV equipment. The space was transformed into a modern workspace for Rogers’ employees. It allows for hoteling: a flexible office space where employees book workspace daily according to their needs and location. The project includes library space, cafés, breakout and meeting rooms, boardrooms, open concept work desks, and a variety of ergonomic options (seated, standing, lounging, etc.) which are tailored to employee needs and promote communication and collaboration.
