Bentall – Polyone

The warehouse distribution facility was built with a specific tenant in mind. PolyOne Corporation is a global leader in polymer based products and occupies 91,000 SF of the building, with the remaining space available for additional tenants. PolyOne required rail service to facilitate the distribution of their base products. Urbacon had two railway spur lines constructed at the north side of the building as well as extensive under track drainage, requiring CN Railway review and approval. Construction consisted of architectural pre-cast panels, flexwall and glazing.
