Bentall – Creation Technologies

Bentall Real Estate Development required a new facility for their tenant Creation Technologies a global Top 50 Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider. The building has 37,000 SF of manufacturing and warehouse space, with the additional space of 13,000 SF for the office complex. The building incorporated spandrel panels, large areas of glass, a curtain wall and structural systems. A BURmastic® Rock-It™ Roof Surfacing system was added, combining the advantages of a graveled roof surface with the benefits of a cool roof system. The surfacing makes the aggregate roof a highly reflective surface that generates energy savings from lower air-conditioning loads and a reduced roof system heating and cooling cycle.
