Project description
Bentall is an industry leading real estate advisory and services organization supplying asset management, property management, leasing and development services to major institutional and private investors. Pedigree Court, a 275,000 SF facility, included a high-end internal climate control system, 27 truck dock levellers, with a 30-foot clear height, steel frame construction, curtain wall and precast panels with knockouts to accommodate future glazing.
