Project description

Urbacon was the Construction Manager for improvements to the Salman Partners head office complex on the 17th floor. The project included dry-wall ceilings, custom wood doors and frames, as well as a computer area. The design is bold and timeless to fit with the qualities of the client. With freedom to choose finishes and products, the project incorporated several LEED® accredited products to take advantage of the natural light throughout the space. The dynamic entry capitalized on strong focal pieces such as the structured custom wall and the soft, wavy light fixture and installation to communicate the confidence of the company.
