Project description
Urbacon renovated 60,000 SF of interior space for Alliance Atlantis on three floors within a fully occupied building at 121 Bloor St. E. in Toronto. A key feature of the interior renovation was the staircase. The staircase was constructed of steel and stone and the three-storey high wall was book-matched in cherry wood with walls extending to a length of 180 feet. In addition to the extensive millwork required for this project, finishes included integrating steel, mesh, marble and glass.
