Densify

Located at 179 Enterprise Boulevard in Markham, Ontario, this 32, 354 SF project included interior renovations for cloud and infrastructure optimization service provider Densify. Work was completed over floors two, three and four and involved open-concept office and kitchen spaces. Despite operating under an extremely aggressive schedule of only 12 weeks and having to ensure that surrounding spaces occupied by other tenants were kept safe and accessible, Urbacon successfully converted the space from an empty floor plate to a finished build within the client’s required timeframe.
