Chair Holdings

Chair Holdings is an investment holding company in Toronto. The construction of their 4,000 SF offices on the 70th floor of First Canadian place required meticulous high-end finishes and millwork. Extensive use of faux finishes was applied throughout the luxurious office space. The display wall unit in the boardroom was made of beveled granite and glass tiles. The custom doors had the requirement of a minimal steel profile with precision edges and a special patina finish. There were no glass stops or visible hardware except for the custom-made door handles. A collection of ancient art was installed within the space, requiring detailed lighting specifications to ensure the artwork was appropriately illuminated for display.
