Project description
Barker Business Park is a 242-acre, multi-phased development. As part of a long-term construction program, Urbacon assembled these undeveloped, environmentally-sensitive lands along Highway 404 in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In a multi-phased approach, we coordinated a complex Master Environmental Servicing Plan to facilitate the overall development of Barker Business Park while, at the same time, completing the initial servicing program for the Phase I lands. The park’s infrastructure included the creation of all roads and bridges, as well as site servicing, sanitary, water and hydro.
