Project description
Urbacon was engaged to construct the national headquarters for Compugen in our Barker Business Park development. The three-storey building has 75,000 SF of office space and 45,000 SF of warehouse space. Residing on 7.3 acres in the Barker Business Park in Richmond Hill, the facility also includes parking for 554 vehicles. The office space has a 10-foot clear ceiling height and accommodates 500 people. The 10,000 SF Configuration Centre is ISO 9001:2008, certified with a 500-systems configuration capacity per day.
