Urbacon is providing Construction Management services to Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the multiple floor office modernization of the Joseph Shephard Building at 4900 Yonge Street in Toronto.
Recognized as a Federal heritage building, works within the building will include fit-ups for office accommodations and special purpose spaces for Health Canada, Transport Canada, and Canada School of Public Services.
Urbacon and PSPC have a strong track record of project delivery success having worked closely on The 25 St. Clair Avenue East Rehabilitation Project.
