Urbacon is providing Construction Management services at the University of Toronto’s Innis College Renovation and Addition project.
Having provided pre-construction services for the addition of a new west wing and renovations to parts of the existing building located at 2 Sussex Avenue in the heart of the St. George campus in Toronto, Ontario, Urbacon was then awarded the second phase of the project and mobilized on site.
“A lot of work has already gone into this project by ourselves, the University and the consultant team,” said Urbacon Vice President of Construction Marco Gabrielli. “This is a crucial stage in the success of the project and I am happy for the entire team that we have been trusted to finish what we have started.”
Designed by Montgomery Sisam Architects, the result will be dedicated work, study, meeting and lounge spaces, as well as an expanded food servery for the entire Innis College student population.
