Urbacon is proud to announce that Infrastructure Ontario has selected our firm for the Queen’s Park Reconstruction Project – Major Decant to 315 Front Street West, 438 University Avenue and 777 Bay Street in Toronto, Ontario.
As the general contractor, Urbacon will be responsible for the interior fit-out, including the implementation of various leasehold improvements to provide modern, open-concept work spaces, offices, support areas, and amenity space. These upgrades will encompass three facilities and will include a total of 27 floors and approximately 413,000 SF.
We are pleased to be joining a dynamic project team, including project management service providers BGIS, architectural firm Gensler and mechanical and electrical engineering consultants Smith and Andersen.
Urbacon has previously worked with Infrastructure Ontario on a variety of assignments and we are honoured to be a part of this important project.
