Project description
Complete renovation of the Lower Concourse of the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Urbacon completed renovations of the Concourse and Lower Concourse Levels of the hotel. The scope included complete demolition and removal of all existing finishes and fixtures within the ballrooms and associated spaces, followed by a complete renovation. Unique features included specialized acoustical panels, installed vertically in the grand ballrooms, as well as large scale feature chandeliers, installed throughout the Lower Concourse Level at ballroom ceiling height. Effective communication and careful planning by Urbacon allowed renovations to be completed without disruption to the fully-functioning service-oriented hotel, within a tight schedule.
