Ocean Club Residences & Marina

The Ocean Club Residences and Marina involved the development and construction of 88 luxury units in four, six storey condominium buildings with lush garden areas, multiple pools and gym facilities on Paradise Island. Construction included 51 private onsite marina slips accommodating yachts up to 120 feet, and surface and interconnected underground parking systems. Each residence was constructed with high ceilings, expansive balconies and exotic interior finishes. The buildings featured Bahamian Colonial architecture with Bermuda roofs and stucco exterior walls. Special considerations were made to ensure that the structural integrity of the buildings, windows and doors were hurricane proof. Each of the four buildings has four homes per floor on levels one through five and two penthouses on level six.
