Quadra Chemicals

Quadra Chemicals is a leading Canadian marketer and distributor of specialty and commodity chemical products. Quadra deals in bulk storage and distribution of chemical products and this location serves as their corporate headquarters. The project involved the construction of offices and a substantial warehouse facility. Quadra’s work with a variety of chemicals presented design challenges as some of these materials are hazardous and highly flammable. This required the ability to compartmentalize various chemicals according to their classifications and flammability as well as a storage area, washroom and locker room conforming to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points standards.
