Project description
Urbacon identified and acquired Holgate Crescent, an underutilized brownfield industrial site with surplus development lands. Post-acquisition, Urbacon completed a remediation and demolition program. The asset was subsequently resold to an end-user together with a design-build contract for construction of a 189,000 SF chemical processing and distribution facility with rail access.
