Project description
The GTAA employee cafeteria includes a dining area to accommodate 200 employees, and a full-service kitchen was fitted out with convection ovens, grills, fryers and commercial microwaves and toasters. Walk-in refrigerators and freezers were installed, as well as an ecology unit and grease interceptor system. Within the dining area itself, refrigerated display cases, stone countertop islands and fireplaces finished the space.
