GTAA Pearson International Airport Terminal Development Project

Urbacon completed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, security, IT and specialty fit-outs of over 1 Million SF of non-contiguous space at GTAA Pearson International Airport. The work was completed as three major projects over 250 project areas, spread over five levels of the 3 Million SF Terminal 1. Project A – Terminal 1 New Building Improvements, 600,000 SF set-up required new and innovative scheduling, project management, manpower allocation and supply delivery. Project B -Urbacon was the Construction Manager for the build out of 400,000 SF of tenant space for Air Canada’s Terminal 1 Fit Out. Project C – Urbacon was the General Contractor for 12,000 SF of tenant fit-out of corporate offices and administration areas for WestJet operators.
