Gambles Ontario Produce Distribution Centre

Gambles Ontario Produce is a large produce wholesaler for the retail and food service market. Gambles need for a large distribution centre was essential for the growth of its business. Their presence at the Ontario Food Terminal was not enough to service all the customers that required produce delivery. Therefore, the plan was to build a distribution and warehouse space. The project encompassed the build of 56,848 SF of warehouse and refrigeration space, as well as, 4,006 SF of office space and a 648 SF shipper’s office. The building constructed with pre-cast concrete and glazing, sits on 7.52 acres in South Etobicoke.
