DC7 Toronto Data Centre

The development of this state-of-the-art data centre facility was managed by Urbacon from inception to completion, including design, engineering and construction in full compliance with global specifications. Located in in a prime Toronto location , the facility has 22 MW of capacity and involves Tier III Uptime Design Standards. The critical infrastructure was built in a phased approach to provide turnkey alternatives, allowing the tenant to take advantage of robust network connectivity, highly reliable power and at-scale development with further room for expansion. The advanced design of heat rejection efficiency provides a minimum PUE of 1.1, whilst every 2.5MW to 3MW generator can support 48 hours of emergency power. Site servicing and civil work was also performed by Urbacon, including civil design, access roads and landscaping.
