Cineplex Odeon Theatres

Acting in the capacity as either Project Manager or Construction Manager, depending on the project location, Urbacon met the challenge of this aggressive expansion program, building 250 screens for Cineplex Odeon Theatres across North America in one year. The buildings averaged 60,000 SF of new construction with anywhere from five to fourteen theatres in each complex. Located in 25 cities across North America, each complex was designed by a different architect and built on a fast track schedule. The management of this massive expansion program required the meticulous coordination and construction experience of a seasoned Urbacon team.
