Project description

The design-build lease of 45 Parliament Street, a 225,000 SF leading edge data centre facility, was managed by Urbacon from inception. Complex approvals included a significant land exchange with the City of Toronto and multi-jurisdictional design review, all completed in record time.

Urbacon brought the concept to market and successfully negotiated a 20 year long term lease with one of the largest data centre co-location providers in the world.
