Urbacon conducted a rigorous site search and selection process to comply with strict location criteria issued by Public Works & Government Services Canada, to allow Bell Canada and Urbacon to respond to the government’s requirement for next generation data centre in the National Capital Region.

We completed the acquisition, due diligence and approvals, and construction of the Gatineau facility in an aggressive timeframe to accommodate beneficial lease terms.
