OLG Lesmill Data Centre

Urbacon completed a 5, 500 SF data centre expansion and renovation to the existing 7, 000 SF administrative operations centre in Toronto. Carried out in four phases, this project included an equipment assessment, the coordination of old unit removals, the installation and commissioning of new units, the incorporation of energy-efficient building features, and the installation of a new generator at project close-out. The building automation system (BAS) interface was also coordinated and warranty service was obtained. Urbacon established a preventative maintenance contract with the client for the first year of operations. As a result of our firm’s efforts, we helped OLG achieve a Tier III Data Centre classification.
