University of Toronto Lassonde Mining Building

The renovation and expansion of the historic 20,000 SF University of Toronto Lassonde Mining Building included the conversion of attic space and a new rooftop addition to student design studios and a modern laboratory. Work included new stairwells, a new glass elevator, building envelope and conversion of handicap accessibility for all entrances and lobbies. The project targeted LEED® Silver certification. All work was completed in a fully occupied building.
