Kodiak Group Holdings

Kodiak Group Holdings Co. supplies footwear to retailers in North America and Europe, in addition to running the Work Authority stores. The 140,000 SF facility included flexwall and glazing, with three large showrooms to showcase their various product lines, complete with a retail store area located within the warehouse. The focus of the office space was two large showrooms, including one with a moveable partition wall. The 20,000 SF office space includes an open lobby and skylights and was designed with a very rustic appearance in the finishes to mimic the rough durability of their product. The 120,000 SF warehouse area includes T5 lighting complete with motion sensors, washrooms, lockers and a lunchroom.
