Project description
Urbacon renovated a space in Terminal 1 (on the Level 2 bridge above the baggage hall) to securely display aircraft models, memorabilia and historical aviation documents for the GTAA Aviation Museum. Display cases and shelving allowed the artifacts to be displayed, while interactive display carousels were incorporated to provide a modern feel to the exhibit. Glass doors ensured the area was inviting to passengers in the terminal, while the humidity and temperature controlled environment encouraged a welcome stay. A stained wood floor and drywall ceilings finished the space, which was completely secure and monitored by CCTV.
