Project description
The Country Lane Estates project involved five custom built homes – with the primary residence of 16,000 SF, the three secondary residences of each 11,000 SF and one 6,000 SF guest home. Three secondary homes were built in a similar size and exterior style to one another but the interior design reflected each individual family member’s style – modern, contemporary and traditional. All three homes included the construction of in-ground pools and complementary landscaping. Each home was designed according to the individual owner’s taste and style. All the millwork and high-end finishes reflected styles ranging from contemporary to traditional classic.
