Project description
Urbacon was hired as the design-builder for Great West Life Real Estate (GWL). The scope of work consisted of three industrial buildings that were constructed in three phases and included site development. The building for Phase I was 60,852 SF, Phase II was 56,144 SF and Phase III was 42,000 SF. Each building used architectural pre-cast, metal siding and structural steel. The property development included construction of storm and sanitary systems. Water, electricity and fire protection were all added as new site services.
