Project description
This design-build project was a single-storey 10,000 SF telecommunications HUB. The Rogers Cable Hub is the third in Canada to incorporate KyotoCooling® technology, 4 x 90kW units. The building contained electrical, battery and lnergen rooms. Urbacon conducted full building and system commissioning. Site work consisted of removal of the existing guard rails and existing sidewalk, new site drainage and grading. New soft and hard landscaping. Roads, curbs, sidewalks and a parking lot were constructed on the site. Urbacon is the first company in Canada to use the eco-friendly KyotoCooling© system.
