Urbacon acquired undeveloped lands at Joseph-Carrier Industrial Park and formed a joint-venture with ING Real Estate following zoning approvals.
The partnership built two multi-unit industrial buildings totalling 280,000 SF on a speculative basis and leased them to a variety of tenants prior to disposition.
Following design-build sales, remaining vacant lands were sold on a value-added basis to end users and investors.
