This complex development involved the design and build of BMW’s new Canadian head office according to strict terms and specifications within a narrow delivery timeline, and included the $10M acquisition of BMW’s then existing HQ building in Whitby, ON.
Urbacon negotiated terms with BMW, managed the approval and construction process to meet timelines, and managed the asset until it was subsequently sold as an income property. BMW’s Whitby facility at 920 Champlain Court was re-purposed and successfully forward sold during the deal timeline.
