As part of a long-term construction program, Urbacon assembled these undeveloped, environmentally sensitive lands along Highway 404 in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In a multi-phased approach, we coordinated a complex Master Environmental Servicing Plan to facilitate the overall development of Barker Business Park while at the same time completing the initial servicing program for the Phase I lands.
To date the program has delivered 400,000 SF of gross floor area with another 250,000 SF of gross floor area in the short-term pipeline.
